Is it only for people with symptoms?
No. Melio is a prevention service, primarily for people without symptoms who want to proactively check that everything is fine.
Why pay if I can get tests on my own?
You can. But without Melio, you don't know which tests are relevant for you, don't have someone to interpret results in context, and don't have a calendar to remind you. The subscription solves all three — and includes tests worth ~800 lei.
What exactly am I buying?
